1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using KindCash, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Eligibility

To use KindCash and earn rewards, you must be at least 18 years old and have a minimum of 1,000 followers on Instagram.

3. Rewards Program & Minimum Threshold

Points are awarded based on verified activity and valid purchases. Points have no cash value and are non-transferable. Redemption requires a minimum threshold of 25 points ($25.00). KindCash reserves the right to deny points for fraudulent or non-compliant submissions.

4. Vendor Unsubscription & Settlement Policy

Vendors may cancel their subscription at any time via Vendor Settings. Upon cancellation, plan benefits remain accessible through the end of the paid billing period. Account balance refund requests and account deletion require waiting out the active period end and completing a mandatory 30-day settlement period. Account deletion is restricted while a subscription is active, when balance refunds are pending, or during the 30-day settlement window.

5. Account Deletion & Points Forfeiture Requirements

To delete an account, users must have no active vendor subscriptions, pending refund requests, open gift card redemptions, or active ticket submissions under review. If an account is voluntarily deactivated or deleted prior to reaching the minimum 25-point redemption threshold, any unredeemed points under 25 are automatically forfeited and cancelled upon account deletion.
